It's hard to look at the data in raw form and then analyze it, especially when there are a huge number of things, like our data is about 900 items. When assigned to my task, there are probably more than 200 projects, they are about computer and electronics. The data sheet for this department shows a combination of information about the two sites, with average prices, average reviews, total customer ratings, and product price differences. And it also includes which sites have more features, such as buying second-hand products, as well as comparing average price information and similar products.

This report is about data analysis and comparison of Computers and Electronics in Amazon and Costco. There are many categories for both types of products on both sites. And their similarity is to expand the type of goods, which is a common trend. In the data I observed, a type of printer like ENVY is about $80 in Amazon, but the price in Costco is around $200. In the case of Amazon's goods are cheaper, instead of Costco's reviews. After comparing most of the products, I found that Amazon's products are actually cheaper than Costco's. But there are also a few cases where Costco products are cheaper, such as the Solo soundbar. It is more than $30 cheaper in Costco.

On the average review, I found that I need to compare the total number of two types of products on two websites. And the number of items in Costco is much less than that of Amazon. But on average review, Costco's customer reviews are higher than Amazon's average reviews. This also shows that users who use Costco are less likely to use Amazon. Amazon has a large number of products and a large number of customers, and its total number of reviews is obviously more than Costco's total reviews.

I then looked up the company's financial report on two websites in 2018, which analyzed sales and user feedback analysis for different product types. I have observed that Costco users are better than Amazon users in quality. The result of my analysis is that Costco focuses on user experience and quality of service, while Amazon focuses on the number of users and a wide range of products. Both websites have a lot of marketing potential because they all have their own direction to develop business. And although Costco's commodity price is higher, this is its pricing strategy: every sale of a commodity will have a larger profit. And the price is low on Amazon, its pricing strategy is: to sell more goods to earn a smaller profit.

There are also differences in the combination categories on the two sites, with Costco having fewer product categories and Amazon having more product categories. For Costco, its low merchandise affects customer choice and user experience. This can cause customer churn, but it can increase the user experience. For Amazon, its more types of products means more customers. But the downside is that the more customers, the better the quality of service will be. I personally like Costco's strategy. After all, user experience is the biggest feature that attracts customers.

Both sites are examples of successful companies, and I think they have different reasons for success, and they are moving in the direction of development and planning. And there are more small companies in business that are developing and improving service quality and customer base growth. Like Home Depot, its name means that its sales customer base is a user who needs furniture. All the items in the Home range can be found in Home Depot, which is its advantage. So no matter how leading the current advantages of Costco and Amazon are, they all need to constantly analyze the reasons for their success and find their own shortcomings and vulnerabilities to improve and update. This will lead the market.

On the I-Phone there are different models exist on both websites. And the price is that Amazon is lower than Costco. And Amazon is also more in number. Costco has a high customer feedback rate. There is also the Fuji X-T100 Camera Bundle, which costs about $900 at Amazon, and the price on Costco is a bit higher, about $1,000. We can't analyze it from the quality, but it can be reflected in the feedback. Consumers prefer Costco because its feedback rate and favorable rate are very high. There is also the Samsung 32" Class Curved Monitor, which costs $300 at Amazon and $290 at Costco. This shows that Costco is different in different products. And its offers are higher than Amazon. 100. There is also the Xbox One S Wireless Controller, which has more features on Amazon. For example, buying a used handle is cheaper and costs only about $40. Costco doesn't have this feature. There is also Fallout 76 Xbox One. Video Game, the price of this game is similar on two websites. And its reviews are the same on both websites, there is not much difference because there are not too many quality problems in this product.

In the category of Computers and electronics, there are a lot of reviews on both websites. Relatively, the review rating and comments in Costco will be better, or relatively fair. This may be caused by a customer base. On two websites and even all similar websites and companies, there will inevitably be false reviews or complaints. These are all future issues. Customer feedback is the direction of website improvement, whether it is false or not. As far as I am concerned, I think that in terms of review, both websites have much room for improvement. For example, new features can be added. If the customer proves that their review is correct and objective based on the instance and evidence, the website can give some small discounts, which is a huge improvement for the future development of the website and the company.

I think the reason for the success of these companies is that they focus on customer satisfaction. And they know exactly what the customer wants. First, the e-commerce website needs to be simple and convenient to use. And the full range is also their advantage. There is also their after-sales service is very good. The difference in strategy between the two sites is different, and Amazon pays more attention to quantity. Costco pays more attention to quality. The pricing strategy is actually not much different, just choose different websites according to different customer preferences. I think their market potential is still great, they can develop to more countries. And the age range for using two websites should also be expanded. The current market potential is to let more people understand and use them and simplify their use, as well as add more features.
